New Side Lean To June 2014

10th December 2014

For this project we had to remove a tired and rotting lean to at the side of the house with a new solid constructio.  The lean to we created was completely weather proof and is now used as an additional storage room.  The side wall of th elean to is the boundary wall between the property and its neighbours.  Usually the neighbours are happy for this type of work to be carried out as it means the boundary fence/wall being vastly upgraded at no expense to them.

First of all we had to remove the old, existing, construction.  This had a corrugated plastic roof.  Here you can see the job after part of the old has been removed and the beginnings of the new boundary wall is going up nicely.

Out with the old and in with the new

After that the full boundary wall was erected in no time, but please do bear in mind that this brick work is of a very high standard.  Hopefully you can see this from these images:

Just the roof left to fit

Finally the completed structure, with the roof fitted.  Just a few parts to tidy up and we have another happy client.
